**Position Overview**:
The SEO Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the company’s website visibility, organic search rankings, and overall online presence. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, analytics, and the ability to stay current with industry trends and algorithm updates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy**: Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for targeted keywords.
- **On-Page Optimization**: Perform on-page optimization tasks including keyword research, meta tag creation, content optimization, and internal linking.
- **Off-Page Optimization**: Implement off-page SEO techniques such as link building, outreach, and guest blogging to enhance the website’s authority.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with user intent and search trends.
- **Technical SEO**: Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site structure, crawlability, and indexing.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Analyze competitor websites and strategies to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry changes, search engine algorithms, and SEO best practices to ensure strategies are current and effective.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the web development and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations and support overall digital marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [2] years of experience in SEO or digital marketing, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SEO: 3 years (preferred)
