*Job Summary:*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Skill Development Programs:*
- Identify skill gaps and needs within the designated block.
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to local requirements.
- Coordinate with educational institutions and vocational training centers.

2. *Stakeholder Engagement:*
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, government officials, and NGOs.
- Collaborate with industry partners to ensure training programs meet market needs.
- Organize community outreach events to promote skill development initiatives.

3. *Monitoring and Evaluation:*
- Track the progress of skill development programs.
- Collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and provide feedback to stakeholders.

4. *Resource Management:*
- Manage budgets allocated for skill development projects.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources and materials.
- Oversee the procurement of training equipment and supplies.

5. *Advocacy and Awareness:*
- Raise awareness about the importance of skill development.
- Advocate for policy changes to support skill development at the block level.
- Develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract participants.

6. *Administrative Duties:*
- Maintain records of all training activities and participant information.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in skill development, training, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of the local community and its needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Preferred Qualifications**:*
- Experience working with government agencies or NGOs.
- Knowledge of local languages and dialects.
- Prior experience in project management.
