**Job description**
- Assist technical personnel in the Gram Panchayats and Block to prepare DPR including technical design and estimates of structures
- Ensure entry of plan in SECURE
- Provide assistance to team colleagues in the preparation of technical training materials and training modules and take up active roles in conducting training and exposure visits
- Regular visit to the field areas, provide technical assistance / handholding to stakeholders at the grassroots (community, gram panchayat, frontline workers of the government) for proper implementation of works
- Support Gram Panchayat functionaries in Data collection, collation and analysis
- Help community to undertake farm-based activities post treatment of land and water resources under MGNREGS

Should be motivated to work in the villages specially with deprived sections and willing to acquire new knowledge and skills relevant to the project and guide implementation processes,

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
