**ROLE OUTLINE**: We are seeking a highly creative Marketing Strategist to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies within the exclusive domain of high-end art. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting a visionary marketing plan, conducting in-depth market research, and identifying unique opportunities to enhance the gallery's visibilityand reach. Your expertise will be pivotal in designing bespoke campaigns, analyzing niche market trends, and shaping the brand’s messaging across specialized platforms. - Design and implement high-impact marketing strategies that align with the gallery’s unique brand identity and long-term objectives.
- Shape the strategic direction of marketing initiatives to reinforce the gallery’s exclusivity and prestige.
- Identify growth opportunities while preserving the brand’s position in the niche art industry.
- Strategize around exhibitions, artist partnerships, and exclusive events to elevate the brand’s influence in the art world.

**Market and Audience Insights**
- Conduct in-depth research to understand emerging trends, audience preferences, and competitive dynamics.
- Use these insights to develop strategies that resonate deeply with the gallery’s discerning clientele.
- Build detailed audience profiles and segmentation strategies to target high-value segments effectively.

**Strategic Oversight of Channels**
- Develop a robust multi-channel strategy to amplify the gallery’s visibility and audience engagement.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital, traditional, and experiential marketing channels to maximize impact.
- Optimize resource allocation across channels for maximum return on investment.

**Performance Analytics and Strategic Refinement**
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and adapt strategies for improved outcomes.
- Provide regular updates on strategic progress and campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders.

**Collaborative Influence**
- Act as a strategic guide, working closely with creative teams, artists, and external collaborators to align marketing efforts with the gallery’s overarching goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the marketing function by sharing insights and inspiring others to think creatively.
- Ensure all initiatives reflect the gallery’s values and its commitment to quality and exclusivity.

**Resource and Budget Stewardship**
- Strategize the optimal use of marketing budgets and resources to maximize campaign impact.
- Prioritize high-value initiatives that align with the gallery’s objectives and premium standards.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE & SKILL SET**:

- Master’s in Business Development/Marketing/Communication with 7-10 years of experience in Branding, Marketing or business development, preferably in the art /Home Décor industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Experience in event marketing and exhibition representation is highly desirable.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
