**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, sales, and customer information.
- Handle customer objections and complaints professionally.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products where relevant.
- Meet quality assurance standards and adhere to scripts and sales processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed goals.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and call center tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
