
Non-it Sales Executive Intern

1. **Sales Target Achievement **Meet or exceed sales targets by selling Non-IT products, solutions, or services to clients.
2. **Market Research **Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their Non IT needs, challenges, and pain points
3. **Solution Selling**: Understand the technical aspects of Non-IT products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
4. **Pipeline Management**: Manage sales pipeline effectively, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion to sales.
5. **Proposal Preparation**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to the client's needs.
6. **Negotiation**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals while maximizing profitability.
7. **Market Intelligence**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
8. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules
9. Present/communicate company solutions, products and services to potential clients
10. Utilizing your considerable company product knowledge your knowledge of competitor products you will create value propositions that differentiate from competitors to address specific vertical industry challenges cross-segment capabilities
11. Trusted advisor - Establishes strong relationships based on knowledge of account requirements and commitment to value (value of counsel and expertise, value of solutions, value of implementation expertise)
12. Improve TAA market share within the segment by identifying departments/business lines in target accounts using competitive products and engaging the client account at the management and executive level to identify business issues
13. This may include development of a marketing and sales strategy for presentation to clients describing products and services available
14. Sells our portfolio of products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
15. Present products and services to new accounts
16. Close sales in a consultative, longer sales cycle, higher price point environment
17. Handle separation process carefully in a way that is not damaging employee’s perception and fear factors and ensure high level of physiological safety among the employees.
18. carry out cold calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
19. Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology
20. Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale
21. Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
22. Handle hardware or software problems and faults, referring on to specialist technical colleagues where appropriate
23. Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature
24. Achieving sales targets and revenue goals set by the organization for non-IT products, services, or solutions.
25. Identifying and acquiring new customers or clients in target markets through lead generation, prospecting, networking, and other sales activities.
25. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers or clients by providing excellent service, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
26. Developing a deep understanding of non-IT products, services, or solutions offered by the organization, as well as staying updated on industry trends and market dynamics.
27. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products, services, or upgrades to existing customers based on their needs and usage patterns
28. Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and deliver value to customers.
29. Tracking and analysing key sales metrics, such as revenue, pipeline, conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and sales cycle length, to assess performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
