**Responsibilities**:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

- Prospecting| ColdOutreach| Lead Management|Customer Support| Providing Demo

**Required Skills**:

- Market Understanding: A solid understanding of the New Jersey market to effectively tailor sales strategies.
- Sales Expertise: Proficiency in basic sales practices and strategies to drive successful outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to connect with clients effectively.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Adaptability: A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and strategies.
