**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate injection moulding machines to produce plastic parts according to production schedules.
- Install moulds, set machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time), and adjust machine settings as needed to ensure proper moulding processes.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and perform necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency and quality standards.
- Conduct mould changes, including disassembly, cleaning, and assembly of mould components, to facilitate production of different parts.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines and moulds to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Inspect moulded parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ Years experience as an Injection Moulding Setter in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving machine and moulding issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
