We are currently seeking a motivated and eager Injection Moulding Operator (Fresher) to join our team. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals looking to start their career in manufacturing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the operation of injection moulding machines to produce plastic parts according to production schedules.
- Learn how to install moulds, set machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time), and adjust machine settings under the guidance of experienced operators.
- Monitor machine performance and assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the production process.
- Assist in conducting routine maintenance tasks on machines and moulds to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Learn how to inspect moulded parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, ITI, Engineering Graduates can Apply.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 per year
