**Job Summary**:
The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing procurement activities including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, goods, and services. The role ensures timely availability of quality materials at the best possible prices while maintaining good relationships with vendors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Raise purchase orders (POs) and follow up for order confirmations and timely delivery.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfill material requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Inspect received goods to ensure quality and quantity are as per order.
- Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance regularly.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Work with accounts for invoice processing and resolving payment issues.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchase.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP or purchase software (Tally, SAP, Zoho, etc.).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in retail, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic taxation (GST).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
