**The Opportunity**:
**What you’ll do**:

- New role/s will support newly Alternatives capability/ fund launches over the product life cycle (e.g. ETI), and existing operations activities currently supported by HAIL Operations in the UK
- Some of the key responsibilities for these roles will be:

- Coordination among various stakeholders, e.g. ManCos (HIFL, HMG as well as third party), GFS, Alts-Ops, Investor Relations
- Fee billing - data reconciliation to support trail payments to Distributors in order to avoid further errors/incidents
- Calculation of placement fees/net-off agreements and implementation of a robust computation
- Keeping event calendars over the product life cycle and making sure deadlines are met
- Keeping KPI Dashboard, e.g. confirmation of timely performance report, operations report, etc.

5+ years of experience in the Asset Management industry with Minimum 3 years of Relevant experience in Regulatory Reporting for EU Jurisdictions /CSSF/CBI/FCA etc.

Must have through experience in operations of Alternative Fund structures and in-depth understanding of Regulatory Reporting requirements of a Fund Management Company

Degree in Accounting, MBA in Finance.

Through knowledge of the Asset Management business and Operational Risk Frameworks and Controls

Ability to deliver to tight deadlines under pressure, while maintaining close attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with all areas of the business independently with mínimal supervision.
