Should be 2-4 years of experience in the field of Machine Design, Automation, SPM.
- Preferred Design experience in (Fixture, SPM machines, Pneumatic based SPM, Conveyors, Pick & Place)
- Experience in Part 3D modelling and assembly system using Solid works.
- Experience in 2D drafting with GD& T by using solid works.
- Experience in Aluminium profile selection & Structure assembly.
- Experience in Selection of LM rails, Bearing, Pneumatic cylinders etc.

**Job Description**:

- Collecting all information's or inputs required to start the design activities.
- Making concept design against technical requirement of the project.
- Good Experience in selection of Standard components like Motors, Sensors, Actuators, Bearings, Coupling,

etc.
- Selecting and downloading the 3D files for the standard elements as per requirements for the machine.
- Create complete 3D model of the machine parts with sub-assemblies.
- Detail design of complete machine with professional modelling skills.
- Created 2D drawing of the machine with required information's and submit to clients.
- Preparing design approval documents like Layout, Pneumatic & Electrical Circuit drawings, Cycle time

chart, Etc.
- Conducting DAP with internal team and with clients.
- Preparing complete BOM of the machine.
- Initiating the purchase of BOM for the machine by making indent with technical specifications.
- Preparing 2D drawing for the machine parts with proper GD&T.
- Releasing the 2D drawings for manufacturing with required data files STEP file, Dwg file etc.
- Co-ordinating with vendor department and with suppliers for technical clarifications.
- Co-ordinating with electrical design team, & design and releasing of control elements mountings
- Preparing complete technical documents like, Test charts, Ballooning drawing, Assembly drawing etc.
- Hands over the complete technical documents to the assembly team & Co-ordination.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
