**Role: Field Sales Officer**

**Location: Mettupalayam, Coimbatore**

**Gender: Male**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess market conditions.
- Actively promote and sell various loan products to individuals and businesses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in field sales, especially in the financial services industry, will be an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
