**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Planning & Execution**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events, etc.).
- Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Analyze data from marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and recommend adjustments to strategies.
- Monitor industry developments and customer preferences to adapt marketing tactics accordingly.
- **Brand Management**:

- Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visuals across all marketing materials.
- Maintain the company’s online presence, including social media accounts, website, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate with design teams to produce high-quality promotional materials (brochures, flyers, advertisements, etc.).
- **Communication & Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media outlets.
- Communicate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to relay marketing insights and results.
- Coordinate events, product launches, and promotions.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Track and report on spending to ensure marketing goals are met within financial constraints.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field is commonly expected, though entry-level positions may be available for fresh graduates.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Working Environment**:
Marketing Executives typically work in an office environment, but many roles now offer hybrid or remote working options. The job can involve occasional travel for events or client meetings. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to fast-changing market conditions are important for success in this role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
