**Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote food and beverage products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials, advertisements, and content.
- Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide reports on performance.
- **Brand Strategy & Market Research**:

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the F&B brand identity.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitor activities.
- Assist in launching new menu items or seasonal promotions and ensure consistency in brand messaging.
- **Event & Promotion Coordination**:

- Plan and execute F&B-related events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Work with internal teams (e.g., culinary, operations) to ensure smooth execution of promotions and events.
- Create partnerships with influencers, food bloggers, and media to maximize exposure.
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop engaging and creative content (images, videos, copy) for social media platforms, websites, and advertising.
- Maintain the brand’s tone and voice across all communication channels.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing campaigns and sales.
- Prepare monthly reports on digital marketing performance, social media engagement, and sales metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for future marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in marketing, with a focus on the F&B industry or similar sectors.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
