Responsible to ensure day to day vehicle placement.
- Responsible to ensure meeting QHS Targets of the department and monitoring of the same.
- Ensure collection of POD as per defined TAT.
- Responsible for identification of hazards and risks for the activities carried out in the dept.
- Responsible for support fleet Ops team to handle accident situation to ensure safety of NEXT EXPRESS employee and security of the customer properties.
- Respond and resolve customer issues and escalation within agreed timelines.
- Monitoring customer SLAs and contractual obligations.
- Responsible to inculcate safety habits in the employees to avoid short cuts and use of safe working procedures.
- Identify and recommend vendors for hiring / market vehicles.
- To adhere to LR Sequence in issuing LR & Trip Sheet and updating in ERP.
- Ensure timely updation of all LR and Trip sheet in ERP within 24 hours of booking.
- Team management and training & Development of team.
- Responsible to ensure invoices are prepared & submitted to customer timely.
- Responsible to ensure payments are collected within the credit period as per the agreement.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
