As a Back Office Executive at Zorrro, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, customer support, sales support, recruitment activities, and general admin work. This versatile role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handle customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.

**Recruitment Support**:

- Collaborate with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

**Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team by generating leads, maintaining sales data, and coordinating sales-related activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to support sales efforts.

**Admin and Documentation**:

- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is well-maintained.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, recruitment activities, sales support, and administrative tasks.
- Utilize company software and tools to manage and update data.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
