Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct NHT Training
- Online & Offline mode
- Ensuring 100% through put of all NHT Batches
- Schedule & Conducting Refreshers, Sharpeners for existing employees.
- OJT Handling
- Maintaining & Managing Training data
- Maintain class attendance & performance records of agents in training, retrieval, and

analysis.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
