- Ability to use sound decision-making skills and effectively perform in a self-directed work environment
- Needs to be aware of the US customs and traditions well.i.e. difference between Jewish and normal US holidays

**Skills**:

- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, VoIP and troubleshooting internet issues.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).
- Needs to be aware about SMO ( Social media Optimization)
- Proficient with MS Office.
