We are looking for a goal-oriented female tele caller to join our sales team.

As a female tele caller, you will play a crucial role in generating sales leads, searching prospect numbers, communicating product information & features to prospects and passing them to our sales team. Excellent Communication skill in the Hindi language is a must. This is a work from home position, offering flexible job opportunities to contribute to the growth of our organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Intermediate; additional education or relevant training is a plus

**Responsibilities**:
1. Search prospect numbers, and conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the Hindi speaking market to generate software sales leads.

2. Clearly and effectively communicate product features and benefits to prospects.

3. Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass them to our sales team for further follow-up.

4. Document and pass inquiry details with customer information accurately in the Excel sheet to our sales team.

**Required Skills**:
1. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales lead generation, or a similar role.

2. Excellent verbal & written communication and social skills.

3. Ability to work independently as a part of a remote team.

4. Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

**Work Environment**:

- Regular virtual team meetings and training sessions will be conducted.

**Working Hours**:

- Flexible working hours with a focus on achieving weekly and monthly targets.
- Ability to adapt to occasional changes in working hours based on business needs.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
