Job Summary: As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in various financial and accounting tasks within the organization. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited work experience who are looking to kickstart their career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including invoices, receipts, and financial transactions.
- Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Accounts Payable: Assist in the processing of accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, matching purchase orders, and preparing payments.
- Accounts Receivable: Assist in the accounts receivable process, including issuing invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and recording receipts.
- Bank Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and ensuring that financial records match bank transactions.
- General Ledger: Update and maintain the general ledger by recording journal entries and assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and track business expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and summaries for management and stakeholders.
- Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits by gathering necessary documentation and assisting in audit preparations.
- Compliance: Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and company policies to ensure compliance in financial transactions.
- Communication: Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide assistance as needed.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform additional accounting and financial tasks as assigned by senior team members or supervisors.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field of finance and accounting.

- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- High degree of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,203.38 - ₹20,000.00 per month
