ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter data into designated databases, spreadsheets, or other systems with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Verify data for completeness, correctness, and consistency, making necessary corrections or adjustments as required.
- Perform regular data maintenance tasks, such as data cleaning, deduplication, and record updates.
- Assist in organizing and digitizing physical records, ensuring proper indexing and storage.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues that arise.
- Follow established guidelines and procedures for data entry and record management.
- Support data-driven projects by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data in accordance with company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with data entry procedures and best practices is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools or systems as required.

Please note that this is an internship position, providing valuable hands-on experience in data entry and record management. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where you can enhance your skills and contribute to meaningful projects.

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹2,000.00 - ₹2,500.00 per month
