Navi Mumbai, India ABB Ship Management Pvt. Ltd. Full time

Work with the Marine team to provide timely & accurate quotations to customers' inquiries by coordinating with the team for pricing adjustments to better respond to the changing market conditions and competitors' moves.
- Support the undertaking of Ship parts/Ship repair projects with the Operations team to ensure timely implementation, completion, and delivery of projects.
- Monitor and analyze market situation/trend and provide sales forecast to the Top Management and HOD
- Monitor and analyze business performance, industry trends, existing or new regulatory and their impact on business operations and provide regular updates to the Top Management and HOD.
- Maintaining, identifying and developing customers’ relationships through selling of our capability & capacity to our customers.
- Plan, organize and execute activities to generate customers' awareness and improves sales demand.
- Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey to collect and analyze customers' feedback for review, propose and implement suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Proactively utilize both old and new contacts to explore business opportunities and expand market share.
- Play a key role in providing expertise/know-how in market & customers to the Operations teams to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Implement best industrial practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare and submit of sales & marketing reports in a timely manner for management review.
- Ad hoc assignment or project assigned by the HOD or the Company.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
