**Role Description**

This is a full-time role for a US IT Sales Recruiter. The Bench Sales Representative is responsible for effectively managing and optimizing the utilization of IT consultants on the bench. This role involves identifying and securing suitable client projects for available consultants, maintaining relationships with clients to ensure a steady flow of project opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in sales.
- Proven experience in IT bench sales or a similar role within the staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and skills in demand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and time management skills
- Identify and understand the skills and expertise of consultants on the bench.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the availability, skills, and preferences of each consultant.
- Proactively seek and secure project opportunities for consultants on the bench.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements, project timelines, and expectations.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Achieve sales targets by securing project placements for consultants.

**Shift Timings: 7 PM - 4 AM (IST)**

**Location: Hyderabad**

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
