Job title: Bench Sales Recruiter/Executive

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite role)

Shift timings: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST (night shift)

Experience required: 1 to 6 years

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Responsible to maintain and grow the business from their own network, and not depending on the existing W2 bench.
Mandatory new hires and meeting the target.
Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099, etc.
Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales, and recruitment process.
Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.
Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
The sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT) with vendors
Must be a Pro at building network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.
Generate, Interact, and Develop Tier-1 Vendors or Implementation partners network on daily basis.
Need great time management skills and experience in prioritizing tasks.
Lookup for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submit the consultants, following up on interview schedules.
Must have good experience in cold calling, and price negotiation, and need to have good effects and closing skills.
Tracking and extensive follow-up with Vendors through maintaining submissions database, Interview Coordination.
