**Job Title**:
Tour Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate travel arrangements for customers, including booking hotels, taxis, and guides.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide them with accurate information about their travel arrangements.
- Keep accurate records of all travel arrangements and customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Manage and maintain relationships with hotels, taxis, and guides to ensure ongoing satisfaction and quality of service.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the travel industry and experience in booking hotels and taxis is an add on benefit.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
