
Sales Excecutive

Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals for construction projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Business Development & Lead Generation**
Identify and approach potential clients (real estate developers, contractors, architects, etc.).
Develop and maintain a pipeline of construction projects and sales opportunities.
2. **Client Relationship Management**
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Understand client needs and propose suitable construction solutions or services.
3. **Sales & Negotiation**
Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and payment structures with clients.
4. **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**
Monitor market trends and competitors in the construction industry.
5**. Collaboration with Internal Teams**
Work with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project feasibility.
Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for smooth execution of contracts.
6. **Reporting & Performance Tracking**
Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and revenue generation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
