**Roles and Responsibilities**

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Drive the Economic Research Team for undertaking all Macro level, Company level and Group level analysis.
- Guide the team and Build Economic forecasting models for Macro variables and building stress scenarios.
- Ensure building of state level, segment wise scorecard basis the Macro factors and other available variables.
- Understanding and develop framework for analyzing external Influence That Drives Consumer Behavior:

- Understand aggregate change in consumer behavior and external drivers such as macroeconomic, political risks, etc.
- Building Empirical framework to understand shift in aggregate behavior and its impact on BFL business
- Helping Stress testing team (for testing Macro variables and analyse impact on losses ,NPAs ,Capital)
- Provide analytical solutions through statistical modeling
- Further enhancing the BFL index of Consumer behavior leveraging the massive in-house data infrastructure
- Design research-based frameworks and empirical models.
- _Work Experience_
- 8-9 years relevant analytical experience in Economic Research, Forecasting, Building growth model etc.
- Preferred Coding languages: SAS, SQL, R, Python.
- Classical statistical techniques**:Regression, Logistic regression, Clustering, Dimensionality reduction techniques, Hypothesis testing.
- Experience in handling huge data base and the ability to do root cause analysis.
- A team leader with the capability to drive the team, guide the team and also deliver projects within timeline
- Effective verbal communication, written, and presentation skills
- _Qualifications_

Knowledge of econometrics, statistics, mathematics would be a prerequisite.
