**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **PRINCIPALACCOUNT ABILITIES**

Build Stress Testing Framework and execute the same

Develop, validate and execute Stress Testing Tools and Stress Testing Engine

Build, monitor, validate and track PD, LGD, EAD models for Stress Testing as per RBI guidelines

Build, monitor, validate and track Macro stress testing models for ECL

Provide analytical solutions through statistical modeling, credit policy and strategy, reporting and data analysis for the BFL businesses

Support any adhoc deep dive data analysis on portfolio metrices

Track and improve key performance indicators, losses and portfolio quality. Provide deep dive analysis on portfolio metrices.

Work closely with business team to understand their need and provide Analytical solution.

Assess if any early warning signals using data analysis and segmentations and take pro-active policy actions as and when required

**Educational Qualifications**
- Work Experience_

5-10 years relevant analytical experience in Stress testing, Model development, ML modelling, Forecasting, Segmentation and Clustering.

Analytics experience with focus of Stress Testing is preferred

Preferred Coding languages: SAS, SQL, R, Python.

Classical statistical techniquesRegression, Logistic regression, Clustering, Dimensionality reduction techniques, Hypothesis testing.

Experience in handling huge data base and the ability to do root cause analysis.

Team leader with the passion to drive a team and capability to deliver projects within timeline

Effective verbal and written communication skills
