CareerNaksha is dedicated to providing expert counseling and career guidance to students and professionals. As part of our commitment to social responsibility, we are launching a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project aimed at improving skills in the community.

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Resource Person who can be a Counselor or Educator or Teacher or HR or any Skills Professional Coordinator, Vocational Resource Person to join our Schools Project under CSR Social Initiative. The role involves training, coaching, teaching, skilling and supporting government school students to improve their life, english, vocational skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classes and workshops.
- Activity based learning for students
- Provide support and guidance to students.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Work with team members to ensure project success.
- Maintain records & documentation of student progress and activities.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Experience in teaching, coaching, HR, training, or counseling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have enthusiasm to work with government school students
- Ability to travel and explore new areas

Salary 15k to 25k range depends on the experience, qualification and performance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
