School Counsellor

Our vibrant school seeks a passionate **School Counselor** to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional well-being of our students.
- Provide individual and group counseling to address students' academic challenges, social anxieties, and emotional concerns.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop comprehensive student support plans.
- Design and implement engaging programs to promote social-emotional learning, career exploration, and college readiness.
- Advocate for students' rights and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.

**Qualification**
- Master's degree in School Counseling and state certification (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with students in a school setting.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students of diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for student success and a commitment to fostering a positive school climate.
