**Key Responsibilities**
- Customer Interaction: Engage professionally with customers through inbound and outbound calls, delivering a courteous and helpful experience.
- Inquiries & Resolutions: Respond promptly to customer questions, providing accurate and effective solutions to meet their needs.
- Data Management: Maintain and update customer records in the database with precision, ensuring accurate information at all times.
- Follow-Up Service: Proactively follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction, address any concerns, and ensure closure on interactions.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales productivity targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
**Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- **Professional Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in tele calling, ideally within an international (Australian) voice process.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with renewable energy or energy services is advantageous.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal communication skills, preferably with a neutral or Australian accent, ensuring clear and effective interactions.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail for accurate resolutions.
- **Stress Management**: Capability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to adapt to rotating shifts and support occasional weekend operations as required by the business.

- **Effective Communication**: Strong verbal communication skills with active listening abilities to engage customers and provide tailored solutions.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: A customer-centric approach to delivering exceptional service, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT Time Zone)
