**Hiring Fresher Tele caller**

Company is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate leads and promote our products/services.

**Responsibilities**:
Contact potential customers by phone to introduce them to our company's products/services.

Effectively communicate product/service benefits and answer customer questions.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Overcome objections and skillfully guide conversations towards sales opportunities.

Qualify leads and generate appointments for the sales team.

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to overall sales goals.

**Qualifications**:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Clear and confident phone presence.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.

Strong active listening skills.

Proficient in computer operation and data entry.

A positive and results-oriented attitude.

Experience in sales (a plus).
