Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy & Brand Positioning
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand identity.
- Oversee social media management across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to refine content approaches.
- Create audience-centric digital campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Optimize content through performance tracking and insights-driven adjustments.
- Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and recommend strategies for campaign improvement.
Content & Community Engagement
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging digital assets.
- Develop interactive content strategies, including influencer partnerships and brand storytelling.
- Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content strategy.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and digital ad platforms.
Strong copywriting, communication, and content planning skills.
A deep understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and campaign optimization.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A results-driven, analytical mindset with a creative approach.
