- **Consultation & Collaboration**
- Work closely with physicians, social workers, educators, and families to coordinate care.
- Refer clients to other professionals or services when needed.
- **Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain confidential and accurate client records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Prepare reports for internal records and external stakeholders as required.
- **Training & Awareness**
- Conduct workshops, awareness programs, and training sessions on mental health topics for staff, patients, or communities.
- Mentor interns or junior staff if applicable.
