**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain construction project documentation, contracts, invoices, and reports.
- Handle data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
- Assist in procurement activities, including purchase orders and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and management for project updates.
- Process payroll, attendance, and timesheets of site workers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to project progress, expenses, and inventory.
- Support HR and finance teams in administrative tasks.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and other general administrative duties.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a construction company is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ERP software or construction management tools is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
