**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation of new products /services for internal customers
- Develop project plans and ensure that the projects and delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Communicate project progress with customers, proactively identify project risks and keep the customer informed on next steps
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document customer needs
- Ensure resource availability and allocation and coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Ensure the team is adhering to following the quality processes and maintaining project documentation
- Identify and escalate issues internally to management

**Required Qualifications**:

- At least 7 year experience in BFSI /healthcare domain.
- At least 5 years proven working experience in implementation projects
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, attention to detail, multitasking with excellent time management skills
- Experience with project management software tools
- Experience in handling production support

**Technical Qualifications**
- Experience in developing /implementing CRM, ERP products.
- Tech - Java (Spring/Spring Boot), Angular JS/React JS, MySQL/PostGres, MicroServices,
- Knowledge of ETL /Data Warehouse/AI ML would be added advantage
- Large system development /implementation experience, developed systems with large data size
