**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Food Serving**:

- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages to the MD and Chairperson in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and pantry.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are handled, stored, and served in accordance with health and safety regulations.

**Caretaker Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the MD's and Chairperson's offices, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
- Ensure that all areas are tidy and free of clutter, and that all waste is disposed of properly.
- Restock supplies such as paper, pens, and other office materials.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Perform various administrative tasks as required, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and making photocopies.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in hospitality, food service management, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a food server, caretaker, or in a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
