KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- **Maintaining Stock Levels**: Ensure optimal stock levels for raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods.
- **Inventory Tracking**: Implement systems to track inventory movement, monitor stock levels, and conduct regular audits.
- **Receiving and Dispatch**: Oversee the receipt of incoming materials, verify quantities, quality check, and manage dispatch processes.
- **Maintaining Records**: Keep accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, receipts, and disbursements.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on inventory status, consumption rates, and potential shortages.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to inventory management and storage.

YOU BRING THESE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- **Warehousing Knowledge**: Understanding of warehouse organization, space optimization, handling procedures, and safety protocols for materials, including hazardous substances.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Strong abilities in maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with various departments, vendors, and stakeholders.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree**: A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is often preferred. Relevant certifications in inventory management can be advantageous.
- **Industry Experience**: Prior experience in inventory management, Job work or warehouse operations within the flexible packaging industries is highly beneficial.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with inventory management software, ERP systems, and technology used in tracking and managing inventory is advantageous.
- **Regulatory Understanding**: Awareness of industry-specific regulations and standards related to inventory management, storage, and handling of materials.
- **Continuous Learning**: Willingness to stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in inventory management.
- **Experience**:5-6 years
