**Job Overview**: The Programme Officer will support the Programme Manager in the successful implementation of the project to achieve the desired goals. The key responsibilities of the Programme Officer would include:
- Project implementation, monitoring, evaluating and reporting
- Contribute to communications requirements with partners to develop effective relationships
- Assist in preparing and updating project reports periodically
- Maintain and analyze datasets from the project
- Support and coordinate Client reporting in consultation with the Programme Manager
- Conduct data quality assessments which include documentation, field visits and
communication with involved third parties, partners, other relevant, etc.
- Review field activities and give timely feedback for proper implementation of plans and activities
- Active monitoring and quality control of projects, and preparation of regular progress reports.
- Ability to prepare the budget and programme reports
- Assist in planning the execution of project activities in alignment with the monitoring plan/key indicators of the project
- Actively participate in programme management team meetings
- Any other duties assigned by the management
- Support programme manager in organizing meetings, and events and drafting proposals for scaling up
- Updating Innovative ideas emerging during the implementation of the activities.
- Periodically organise the learning meetings, attend progress meetings, training, conferences, team engagements and events related to the above-mentioned project and translates collected information in proposals to adjust/improve the project
**Skills**:
- A Master Degree in Social Science.
- Computer operation skills (MS Office, Pivot table, etc.)
- Command over the English language (writing and speaking). Basic proficiency in Hindi
- Agility, diligence and meticulousness about the project work
- Ability to conduct surveys, handle data sets and their analysis for various purposes
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently, self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to prepare reports and manage client relations
- Flexibility and creativity will be necessities for this position
**Experience**:
- 3 to 4 years of working experience in research studies.
This position is contractual, initially for one year and renewed depending on performance.
**Salary** - INR 30,000 to INR 40,000 per month.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi - 110077, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
