**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Management**: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- **Purchasing**: Execute purchasing strategies to obtain materials, equipment, and services at the best possible prices and terms.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and new suppliers.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
- **Order Management**: Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor stock levels and work with inventory teams to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports on purchasing activities and vendor performance.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as finance and operations, to align procurement strategies with business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
