**Job Title**:Purchase & Procurement Executive (Warehousing Dept)

**Location**:Andheri, Mumbai

**Salary**:25,000- 40,000 INR

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Personal Bike and License required (mandatory)

**Warehousing Department experience is required.**

**Benefits**: Incentives, PF, Gratuity

Working Days: Monday to Saturday(2nd Saturday off rest half day)

**Key Responsibilities**:
Procurement Management: Identify, source, and procure materials, equipment, and services required for warehousing operations, including storage systems, handling equipment, and safety supplies.

Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.

Inventory Control: Collaborate with the warehouse team to track inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of necessary materials and equipment for operations.

Purchase Orders: Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring all relevant documentation is complete and accurate.

Cost Management: Monitor procurement expenses and assist in budget management to ensure spending aligns with company goals and objectives.

Supplier Performance: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery delays, or cost discrepancies.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the warehousing, logistics, and operations teams to understand their requirements and align procurement activities accordingly.

**Requirements**:
2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the warehousing or logistics sector.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.

Good negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in procurement software, MS Office (Excel, Word), and inventory management tools.

Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
