ROLE DEFINITION

A Junior Architect Responsible for planning of buildings and also execution of work on site.

RESBONSIBILITY AND DELIVERABLES

1. To provide with design options for the project.

2. To provide required drawings on site and go for site checking.

3. To Visit government offices for submission or collection of papers or files.

TASK AND ACTIVITIES

1. To make feasibility reports for projects.

2. To make design options and presentation drawings.

3. Preparation of Municipal Drawings.(Taking responsibility of it till final printing )

4. Preparation of Inward letters for NOC’S

5. Going to respective offices for NOCs

6. For online submission - Getting all documents scanned.

7. Visiting KDMC for file circulation and file submissions.

8. Working Drawings - Setting out plan, centreline drawing.

9. Working drawings - Preparation of drawing after co-ordination with RCC consultant and making of gala drawings.

10. Making of electrical layouts.

11. Making of slab completion letters and sending it to clients.

12. Co-ordination on site about the work progress and next drawing requirements.

13. For interior projects - Visiting site for measurements, providing drawing options, submission of drawings to respective agencies.
