Job Title: Jr. Architect

Experience: 2 Years to 5 Years

Reporting to: Project Architect

Job Location: Thane

1. Designing and Planning with respective DCR’s

2. Preparing Presentation, Municipal, Working and “As Built” drawings

3. Assist in preparing BOQ and Tender Documents

4. Assisting in preparing & uploading Documentation file

5. Formatting and Printing of drawing sheets

6. Measurement checking and bill verification of contractors / vendors

7. Periodic Site Visits

8. Coordination with clients, vendors, internal team/juniors, consultants, contractors for meetings, status of projects, etc.

9. Coordinating for Events, Lectures, Seminars
