**Role Overview**

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering impactful visual content across digital and print platforms. The role requires a creative thinker with strong design sensibilities who can translate ideas into compelling visuals to enhance IMS DIA’s brand presence and communication.

**Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Branding**
- Develop creative designs for marketing campaigns, social media, website, brochures, posters, event collaterals, and presentations.
- Ensure brand consistency in all visuals while maintaining a modern, creative edge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging visuals for outreach campaigns, workshops, and exhibitions.

**Digital Content Creation**
- Design graphics, illustrations, and motion visuals for social media and digital campaigns.
- Support video editing and animations (preferred but not mandatory).

**Event & Institutional Collaterals**
- Design materials for student recruitment activities, fairs, and campus events.
- Work on internal branding elements (signage, standees, merchandise, newsletters, etc.).

**Collaboration & Execution**
- Work closely with content writers, photographers, and marketing team to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Stay updated with design trends and incorporate innovative approaches.

**Desired Skills & Competencies**
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Good knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Creativity with the ability to translate briefs into impactful designs.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles (added advantage).
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in education/creative industry preferred).
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design will be a plus.
