**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain the visitor logbook and manage appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office communication.
- Manage front office cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Handle courier deliveries, incoming/outgoing mails, and dispatch records.
- Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Support HR or Admin departments with coordination tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: PUC / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in front office, reception, or admin roles.
- **Languages**:

- **Kannada (mandatory)**:

- English and Hindi (preferred)
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Proficient in **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**.
- Well-groomed and presentable personality.

**Preferred**:

- Immediate joiners preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
