We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Corporate and Institutional Sales team. The role involves developing and managing relationships with key corporate clients and institutions, identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets through consultative selling.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the corporate and institutional segment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and procurement departments.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with company products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, product, finance) to ensure smooth execution of deals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and regularly update CRM with sales activities and client interactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate or institutional sales and gifting. Fresh graduates with go-getter attitude can also apply.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Ability to travel as needed.
