**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
- Teach English language skills including reading, writing, listening, and speaking to students of varying proficiency levels.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters academic growth.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional resources to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum and share best practices in English language teaching.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance assessments.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and academic concerns.
- Stay updated on current trends and developments in English language education and integrate them into teaching practices.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- A Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is mandatory.
- Prior experience in teaching English language courses is preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students in a classroom setting.
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage time and resources.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students and changing curriculum requirements.
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented culture.
- Valid teaching certification/license is an advantage.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹500.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 per week
