**Job Summary**:
As a Spoken English Teacher in our Tutopia, you will play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality spoken English courses through our digital platform. You will create engaging and interactive content, facilitate live sessions, and assess students' language proficiency. Your goal is to enhance students' communication skills and confidence in spoken English.

**Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:

- Design and develop comprehensive spoken English courses for learners of various proficiency levels.
- Create engaging lesson plans, instructional materials, and multimedia content.

**Content Delivery**:

- Conduct live and recorded online classes to teach spoken English skills.
- Utilize interactive teaching methods to enhance student engagement and participation.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to facilitate improvement.

**Assessment and Feedback**:

- Develop assessment tools to evaluate students' spoken English proficiency.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on students' performance.
- Implement strategies to address individual learning needs.

**Technology Integration**:

- Leverage technology to create an interactive and immersive learning experience.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools to enhance virtual teaching.

**Student Support**:

- Offer additional support to students who may require extra assistance.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions or group tutorials to address specific language challenges.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on language teaching methodologies and incorporate best practices into course delivery.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance teaching skills.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the content development team to align course content with industry standards and learner needs.
- Work closely with customer support to address student inquiries and concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching spoken English, preferably in an online or EdTech setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technologically proficient with the ability to adapt to online teaching platforms.
- Enthusiastic about language teaching and committed to student success.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
