**Job Title**: Admission Executive
**Role Overview**
We are looking for a dynamic and approachable **Admission Executive** to manage the student admissions process and serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families. This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure a seamless and positive enrollment experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inquiry Management**:
- Provide accurate information regarding programs, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- **Application Processing**:
- Track document submissions and ensure timely completion of requirements.
- **Admission Support**:
- Guide applicants through each stage of the enrollment process.
- Address queries with personalized assistance to enhance the applicant experience.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Organize and support admission-related events such as open houses, campus visits, and orientation programs.
- Represent the institution at education fairs and promotional events.
- **Data & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate applicant records in CRM systems.
- Prepare and analyze reports to track enrollment trends and goals.
- **Policy & Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and education regulations.
- Stay updated on policy changes and incorporate them into processes.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing team on outreach initiatives.
- Liaise with academic departments to resolve applicant concerns effectively.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Collect and share feedback from applicants and newly enrolled students to enhance the admissions experience.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer-facing roles is desirable.
**Essential Skills**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
